Terms of Use
Reliance on the pages
The pages describe Stoked Casino as it was understood on the review date shown on each page. Offers, payment routes and verification steps are set by the operator and change without notice to the publishers. A figure should be confirmed against the operator’s current terms before money is deposited, and where the two differ, the operator’s text governs.
Nothing on the pages is legal, financial or tax advice. They do not promise winnings, forecast results or confirm that an offer will be open to a particular person.
What the publishers accept and exclude
The pages come as they are. The publishers take reasonable care over accuracy and correct reported errors, but they do not accept responsibility for a loss that follows from acting on the pages, from the content of other websites, or from a decision to gamble. Rights that Australian Consumer Law gives a reader and that cannot be excluded remain in place.
Access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical faults, and no compensation arises from an interruption.
Figures, examples and calculations
Tables and worked sums on the pages show how a stated percentage or condition behaves for a given deposit. They illustrate arithmetic and do not predict a result. A figure from an example should not be treated as an entitlement.
Third-party material
Where a page names a bank, a support service or any other organisation, it does so to identify it. The publishers do not control those services and do not speak for them, and their own terms apply to any dealing with them.
Relationship with the operator
The pages are not the casino’s site and are not an offer from it. No contract between a reader and the operator arises from reading them. Accounts, deposits, bonuses and withdrawals are governed only by the operator’s own terms.
Quoting, copying and linking
A short quotation with credit to the pages is welcome. Copying whole pages, republishing them, harvesting the text automatically or passing it off as someone else’s work is not allowed. Brand names and logos stay with their owners and appear only to name them. A link to the pages may be made freely, and the publishers answer for the pages and not for what sits behind links they mention, such as banks or support services.
A reader who misuses the pages, for example by republishing them in breach of these terms, answers for the loss the publishers suffer as a result.
Writing to the publishers
Messages must be lawful and must not contain abuse or other people’s personal details. A reader who reports an error confirms that the information is true to the best of their knowledge, and the publishers may use it to amend a page without credit. Messages that break these rules may go unanswered.
Reader responsibilities
A reader is responsible for the decision to gamble and for the amounts staked. A reader is also responsible for keeping personal devices, passwords and payment details secure, and for checking that anything they act on, whether a figure, a condition or a contact route, is still current on the operator’s own site at the time.
Accuracy of what readers send
Information supplied by a reader, such as a report of an error, should be accurate and the reader’s to share. Material that identifies third parties, or that is abusive, will be deleted unread where possible.
Who may use the pages
The subject is gambling, so the pages are for adults aged 18 or over, or older where state or territory law requires. A reader must be allowed by the law that applies to them to read about it. Access may be withdrawn from anyone who misuses the pages.
Notices
Notices to the publishers go to the editorial address. Notices to readers are given by publishing them on the pages, and a reader who has written in may also be answered by email.
Changes and governing law
The terms may be revised, and a revised version applies from the day it is published. Using the pages afterwards signals acceptance. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
The law of New South Wales governs these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction, subject to any rights of the reader that cannot be set aside.
